Back in December I opened a dispute for a partial refund with Uber eats which PayPal agreed with and awarded me the partial refund. We ordered from Uber eats again a few nights ago and they have not only taken the money for that night but re taken the entire cost of the order that I disputed (I only received a £5 refund) I opened the dispute again with PayPal as I didn’t agree for Uber to take this money plus they are taking the full amount leaving me in deficit. PayPal closed the case and said it wasn’t unauthorised and Uber are just rubbish and never get back to you. At a loss how to get my money back if anyone has any ideas?
