i have been hacked, and scamers stole $700 from a friend who linked her card to my account. they then closed my paypal account. paypal is now saying they cant do anything because my account is closed. i just want to stop the transactions. i have conformation emails from paypal with all the details and the transaction id's, and another showing the account was closed, but it was not me who closed it. paypal say they cant reopen my old, which would allow me tto dispute the transactions. my friend who's card was linked contacted her bank, but tthey just said it was a paypal issue, and she should resolve ittt with them. please help with any options.
