I have been trying to "resolve" my Paypal issue for over a year now. I moved countries and been trying to update the phone number & address on my account ever since I knew I was moving. To no avail. With the PSD2 security system on the Dutch Paypal site, they send a message to the number associated with the account - or they offer to call you - which they can't do - as I no longer have the phone number associated with my account!! So I am unable to log into my account!! I have tried to call Paypal in the Netherlands, I never get through to a "human". I have called Paypal in UK where I live now, and they keep on sending me back to the Netherlands, saying the UK helpdesk cannot help me! I have also sent emails to Paypal in the Netherlands. I am at a loss as to what to do next! Can someone please help?!? Thank you!
