Simple answer is you won't. They rarely reply to messages and wait until the last minute for replying with no help being offered or provided. I ordered a watch as a present for my wife for Xmas. Paid extra for priority shipping on 14th Dec. Nothing changed on the original and only confirmation of order so the 18th, i emailed and got the stock answer most seem to get from John in customer services. Told me we were waiting on an email from Royal Mail with tracking order. No help offered, no item arrived. I eventually emailed and opened up a dispute through paypal. At the very last day of them needing to reply to the dispute, they did with a picture from Hermes couriers showing it had been delivered to a SECURE LOCATION at my address. It was placed in the recycling bin..!!!! No contact from either the seller or Hermes at any point to say it was there, no card in letterbox, no email etc. Nothing. I was meant to use divine inspiration to guess it was there. Problem is, i was only shown this 29th of December delivery on about the 24th Jan, so nearly a month after. Paypal think this is acceptable and they have done nothing wrong that they can do anything about. Even morally i think thats ridiculous considering the other comments here. Do yourself a favour and run anytime you see this company. I am taking this as far as i can then, like some others, closing my Paypal account and will look to warn anyone else about this company on any other place i can find.
