I had an unauthorized transaction from Uber eats on my account last night. I immediately filed a report with PayPal, but the resolution was that this was not an unauthorized charge. I do not even have an Uber eats account, as they do not deliver to my area. PayPal’s fraud department is a joke. They need to look at the area this transaction was made, because I guarantee they will find out it was nowhere near my location. I emailed their appeal, but intend to report them to the BBB if they don’t resolve this. Any other ideas to get them to actually provide the fraud protection indicated on their user agreement?
