I can't read anything because its in a foreign language, I am American and ordered a scratching condo tower for my cat. It said it was from Yudoshop, but when I try to track it, it says it's shipped, but doesn't tell me anything else in English. My PayPal acct said Des Network Technology Co LTD was paid the $11.00 and some change and the other $17.00 and some change came from my bank. I would like to dispute this, but really don't know what to do on PayPal. I can go to my bank and dispute their part. Can somebody PLEASE help me!!!!
