Somehow, someway PayPal **bleep** up and double charged me for a negative balance. I did not authorize this transaction to go through twice. I sent a dispute and they said the transaction was not unauthorized, therefore not allowing me to be refunded. What do I have to do or where do I need to go to speak to someone regarding this?
