Exact same is happening to me at this moment! PayPal will hold your crypto hostage anyway. My fiancé had to convert his crypto to USD to get his money out and lost over $150 in the transfer rate plus PayPal fees. Not trying to sell you anything, just a suggestion. You a trade one crypto currency for another fr less fees and no PayPal BS!

I used the app to transfer my money to my bank and remove my card after going through the exact dilemma. It worked for me. That’s the only thing that has worked with PayPal in quite a while!

I transferred my balance out to my bank via the app as quickly as possible. The same things are happening to me. If PayPal will hold my money hostage, they will receive no more of my money! I’m so sorry you’re going through the loop too. I wish I had the answer!

I have been trying to get a PayPal cash account for over a month. I have uploaded the docs requested multiple times. Every time I check (for over a month) it says they are still reviewing my documents. I’ve used PayPal for years and had my bank account linked to them. I cannot reach an agent by phone and my chats and emails go unanswered. I am so angry! What do I do?
