Thank you, I've tried change passwords multiple times, log in in app and etc, nothing helps and I need some contact with human who works in PayPal, robots aren't helpful, I can't chat as a guest with a person and numbers provided I can't reach. today I found some number for customer services in UK I will try to call there otherwise I don't know what to do. Even on Facebook only robot is chatting with me which is completely not helpful...
