Hi team, I purchased a practice exam from CertBus yesterday, after going through the practice i noticed the questions were outdated. When i attempted to contact them via their 24/7 customer services i was unable to, however, when i connected via VPN i could log a ticket but everytime i attempt to submit a ticket i get " Please check your internet connection and then try again" It seems this company has blocked by IP, and disabled their customer service so im literally **bleep** at the moment. I checked their Facebook page and noticed the reviewers complains were the same as mine, the customer service declined to help anyone and no refunds provided eventhough there is clear mention that a 30days guaranteed refund is provided. I have the email from Paypal with the receipt ID as prove of purchase and payment, appreciate your help!
