A buyer wants to paypal funds to me for an ebay item; clearly an attempted fraud. You would think ebay and paypal would love to quickly find out what paypal accounts they have that are hacked but they don't offer any easy way to report these fraud messages on ebay or on paypal. If there is a spot to report this then they don't make it easy to find ( to their and their user's detriment ) . Is there even a "Fraud" board or category to post this type of question to? NOPE
