This week I signed up for the Pay Pal credit, and it went through. I then was in the process of purchasing a laptop less that the credit limit, the website I used was Pay Pal Credit linked. On creating the sale the site replied denied by pay pal. On my pal pay credit front screen it shows the payment as pending. What could be the reason it seem that Pay Pal authorised my Credit limit and then denied a payment less that the limited granted?
