Paypal is requesting me to resend the golden air balloon which I have got and the cocktail sticks to Henan in China. For a 11 Gramm sending I have to pay for a resending at the Austrian Post registerd mail shure 8-10 Euro. Why does PayPal act like that? I have not got any usefull material useful or products.
