We process alot of Paypal Invoices between different staff members at our company. We wish you would add a column showing the "Reference" variable from the Invoice detail page. We use this column to put the sales reps name so we know who it belongs to within the company. PLEASE add this! It would even be better if you allowed users to customize what variables are shown on the summary / overview page. I.e. name, price, e-mail, date. It would make our lives so much easier when hunting down a specific customer's invoice. I called in to speak to a rep about this. The suggested we add our name to the end of the invoice number. For example 2442342-Tony, but for whatever reason, hitting new invoice will add -tony automatically to the new invoice. This would cause issues if another sales rep forgets to update the invoice number.
