I have opened a case on recieved fake goods was offered small amount of refund i refused had email to say I need to reply which I have already done if not done in time frame I loose cant get anywhere in center to see case only respond which has been done got email to prove then read send ing items back but not sure if that is ment for me should I phone them cant go on chat closed
