I have been trying to get in contact with their customer support for a while to no avail. I bought a phone on Ebay since Oct 2nd and only recently attempted to activate it. Upon trying to activate it, I was unable to. I therefore contacted AT & T and the phone was marked as stolen. I couldn't believe since the phone had everything intact in the box as well as the plastic on display. I then opened a dispute and escalated it to a claim since the seller didn't respond but unfortunately it had the wrong amount. Tried to close the case to start another one, BIG mistake. Can't reach paypal via msg or phone and not seeing any email to reach them at. Now it doesn't give me an option to continue with my claim! How do i get assistance? Signed Frustrated Iphone buyer.
