So i got scammed by this one dude and Im not able to get a refund because he told me to purchase under purchase protection, at the time i didn't know what that meant. I want my money back somehow. And i want this scammer banned from paypal by ip, and possibly even have ip traced by police. I already opened a case and it got closed because i bought it under purchase protection. I want money back, someone help.
