Hi, can anyone help. I had a guy who bought something on ebay from me did a dispute which has frozen my account with a negative balance, he wanted to return the item for a refund, I offered him a part refund which he refused, however we have agreed of a higher part refund but the paypal system won't let me do it again, any ideas how I can do this?
