I agree. I had the same problem and the same response. However, the return address on the package I received was IN MY OWN country, not Hong Kong and their website stated they send a return label. I've tried phoning Paypal to discuss, but their resolution office is not in my country and when THEY are open, my country call centre is not, so I cannot be connected. No direct line. It's ridiculous. Paypal is allowing these people to scam us by sending inferior items knowing it will cost as much if not more to return them for a refund.
