So with the new PSD2 two-step verification, I'm required to provide extra security through a call or text from PayPal. However, these numbers are my UK house/mobile numbers, but I'm currently abroad. When I get my family to sit by the phone and try to reset it, the numbers don't work and no call or text comes! Anyone else having a problem with this? I don't know what to do. I've tried to contact PayPal but their phone number won't deal with 'account issues' over the phone; meanwhile, their customer support is only accessible through the log-in, but I can't log-in. It's a Catch-22 situation which I'm surprised PayPal didn't anticipate. Frustratingly, I can't even file a complaint or give feedback about the situation to PayPal without logging in. Any thoughts?
