Hi I’m hoping someone can help with a question I have about my PayPal credit account. Back in September I made a purchase using PayPal Credit, just after making the transaction I realised what I’d ordered was not going to work, got refunded by merchant no problem. I assumed this would go back to my PayPal Credit account and cancel out the agreement and it wouldn’t be on my running balance but it’s still there and as far as I can tell although the credit was received by PayPal Credit I’m still paying for it and it’s not been offset against my balance in any way that I can tell so I’ve no idea where it’s gone. Sorry I’m probably not explaining very well, I guess I was just surprised to see I’m paying for something that was credited and wondered if this was right? I’d be really grateful if someone could please explain in really simple terms what I need to do! Many thanks x
