Hi all, I believe i may be scammed as I purchased items off this website (https://www.i-blush.com/) via facebook ads and now the site is down. Purchased was made on 6th Jan 2020 and I did not purchase via my Paypal account but through my credit card. My question is how do I file a report of refund from Paypal?
