I purchased a black leather skirt from Oxfam in December, on receipt of same I found it was to big for me so I returned it by registered post with tracking number immediately after receiving but Oxfam have refused to issue a refund to me, the skirt was in perfect condition and they confirmed this but it is now 15 days and I still have not received a refund
