Such a bad update! How can you build software like this! The likelihood that many users have old account details (like my mobile phone number) and thereby blocking the user from logging in. Who designed this use case? Totally incompetent. With the size of PayPal's software team, you would expect that they would have done 2FA using the app. So many software services use this functionality and it's much more robust. So PayPal, please answer me how I can access my funds now? Are you allow to freeze my funds this way?
