I have a friend who placed a order online, it said it used PayPal as payment. He does NOT have a pay pal account. They charged his credit card. He has received an email with a tracking number (already delivered to another state). He has emailed them - no response. Any way to file a claim without a Pay Pal account?? Other suggestions??
