I am also unable to access my account due to this double authentication thing. The worst thing is that it is not my phone number. I have put in credit card details and answered all the security questions - but just come back to the double authentication via mobile phone and the code is sent to someone elses number. I am beginning to think this must be fraud - as it is not and has never been my phone number. Meanwhile all my personal details are stored in there and I ahve answered all the security questions.
