I had the same experience and am at the moment claiming from Paypal. I ordered a Pet Loader Ramp for my dog to climb into my car and received a small, cheap dog leash. The Post Office kept a record of the package with the supplied tracking number. It weighed 100gms and was 5 cm x 5 cm. Clearly not a Pet Ramp. Do not do business with this company, they must be making millions of dollars in a sophisticated scam to fool thousands of people.
