I am also getting this problem since yesterday. I can see in paypal account bank details are fine and before yesterday i was able to do transaction from other apps. Suddenly since yesterday whenever i try to make payment i do not see bank details and always get a screen to add bank, when i try to add, it gives error and i am not able to go forward.
