One of my friends sent me $10. I got an e-mail saying this: "You won't be able to see the payment in your account until you've confirmed your email address with us. Confirm your email address now (You'll need your confirmation code". But there is literally no way I can confirm my email address(no button). An hour later, I got another email saying that the payment has been cancelled. My friend says he did not cancel the payment. I haven't received the money. What is the reason for this?
