Hello, My issue is as follows. My PayPal account was hacked, and they changed some phone #s and added an Authenticator to my account. I called my bank and froze my account, I then called Paypal and through the automated system I changed my password. While still unable to fully log in due to the Unauthorized Authenticator, I was able to get in touch with a live person at Paypal via a chat service, after explaining my situation to her she sent my case to the "back-end" for review, 4 days later I received an email from paypal saying they have found the Activity on my account to be unauthorized and that I need to LOG IN and check the status of my case via the Resolution Center (I was given a case#) however, as previously stated I am unable to log in still due to the Authenticator still being on my account. I have created a alternate Paypal account Just for the possibility of speaking to someone who can help me. So in summery. Locked out of account due hackers placing authenticator, need it removed so I dont starve during a pandemic...Thank you
