I've tried sending the Subpoena to the Register Agent - who accepts it. But then I have yet to hear from anyone actually at Paypal. And I surfed and surfed and found NO way to actually talk to anyone at the corporate level. This is very frustrating. I have found some stuff for law enforcement -but it was outdated and all the contact information was out of date too.
