Did you file a complaint? I made sure PayPal understood that I wasn’t just looking for a resolution to my purchase but that I wanted them to investigate this company. I told them about all the similar stories people were reporting here and on Facebook. It’s important that they hear from As many of us as possible. Totally agree. A full refund only if go to the expense and trouble of shipping it back is unacceptable. No consequences for them, waste of a fair amount of my time and even if I get the refund, I’m out the cost of shipping! And I think they would refuse to reimburse because the items weren’t in good condition - even though the boxes they came in (inner and out) had been through a war. ... View more

Same here! PayPal has processed my dispute and the eventual relocation is that I can get a full refund IF I GO OUT in a raging pandemic and PAY to send the crap back In GOOD condition. The package I received had been through a war and the inner box is smashed as well. I agree. PayPal needs to shut this company down. I think their business model is to send cheap stuff and then negotiate a % refund that is much more than the value of the products. When I first contacted the company, they didn’t even bother discussing return. They jumped immediately to offering a discount and “letting “ me keep the crap they sent.
