Dear all, I am not able to access my paypal account. I lost access to my old phone number and there is no option to verify your login other ways, so I am no longer able to access my account. When I tried to create new paypal account using different email address, it doesn't accept my credit card, as it's being used with blocked account. Please help. Thanks, L
