Yes I had this problem happen to me and I am horrified. Had PayPal for years and never experienced this. The same thing happened to me via email and they asked me for my social, birthday and card info then took me to a youtube foreign link. I was so scared!! I immediately took screenshots, called PayPal multiple times but got no answer, I called my bank to put a lock on my card, then changed my PayPal password, and opt for a pin request that would go to my phone for me to login PayPal. I am still shooken up! I am disappointed that paypal won't answer their phones. So I came here so I can reach someone. Hopefully this happens to none of you. I'm praying my identity is safe.
