I don't understand! I have a paypal debit mastercard that is attached to my bank account. It is verified. All has been well until now. I won a couple of auctions on ebay- I went to make payment, I get funding option accepted is echeck or credit card. I tried paying seller's separately, but still get the same message. Why won't it just allow me to use the paypal debit mastercard as I usually do? I tried getting help feom Sarah, the automated help, but no real help. I hit the 'contact us' button... and you really just go in circles... you have to drop down a bunch of choices and they just don't offer up an email to allow you to type out your concern... if your problem doesn't exactly fit one of the drop down choices, you can't really proceed. I think I might be able to do send money - when I looked at it, you could indicate that it was for an ebay purchase, so I might try that- it beats driving to walmart to add money to a prepaid Visa card. I just thought that paypal was easier to work with... until this situation. Any help?
