So I ordered something and I was charged. I never received confirmation from the seller so I emailed them. It came back as no longer an email address. So I used another address I found on the site. Same thing. So I came onto PayPal and got the email address that they HERE and received the same thing. So I have no way of contacting this person. So I filed a claim because obviously this person isn’t legit. My claim was denied. I appealed it because I never received my order. And I even asked that PayPal try to contact the seller themselves so that they could see that they cannot be reached. My request was denied again. Why does PayPal say they will help if you don’t receive your order when they clearly don’t? I think I have an incredibly solid case. I’m beginning to think that maybe PayPal is a joke and I need to get off it. Dows anyone find the resolution center useless?
