Hi, I bought a gucci set from a guy. I paid around 350 dollar via goods n service but the seller didnt repsond afterwards and never sent me the items. I contacted paypal and opened a dispute. The seller never responed and never put in a tracking number. Paypal still closed the dispute after around 10 minutes when I got them involved in his favour. How is this possible? He never sent any proof and never put a tracking number in the order. This is not okay paypal.
