Thanks for the bump, I do have another question actually so thanks for reminding me about this topic. I have 2 old, now closed, bank accounts that I cant seem to remove from my account, I am wondering if these are somehow linked to my old address and this is causing the issue. Whenever I try and remove them I get the error "We're sorry, we're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." However no matter how many times I try, or however long I wait I always get this error. Does anyone know how I can remove these. I am guessing the only way would be my phoning the call centre?
