I made a purchase and I thought I had enough in my paypal balance to cover it, but was unexpectedly charge a fee. It took the remaining balance from my bank account, but I don't have the amount it took available. If I add more money to my paypal balance will it still take the extra balance from the bank or will it automatically just use the new balance I added afterwards?
