I was charged twice for a purchase from UGG.com. I was approved at first and was charged $71 a few days later, I was charged again. Upon review of PayPal transactions, it showed my first charge was cancelled but not true, my bank is still showing two $71 charges. I tried to complain to PayPal message center, terrible customer service. The representative showed lack of concern and empathy and I feel she did not want to take ownership. As of now, I'm trying to get it escalated because I already been charged $35 overdraft fee. I do not recommend Paypal Pay in 4. At least with Afterpay, I did not have any issues.
