I'm really new to all of this. What is the sandbox?

I've sent a few items back due to different reasons. One refund when into my paypal buyer balance which was find, the other 2 items look to be refunded in the transaction portion, but it's not adding it to either my paypal buyer balance or my paypal credit. I just want to know where my refund money is, and if someone can help me with this, I'd really appreciate it.

I'm in the same boat as you. I have sent a couple of items back that I bought, and I'm not seeing my refund money anywhere. How long does it actually take to see the money go back into my paypal credit?

If I'm not mistaken, paypal needs either a bank account or credit card to fall back on. If you purchase items using paypal and there's not enough money in your paypal account, they will need an extra sourse of money that they can draw from to complete your purchase it your paypal accout is depleted.

I did what you suggested, and I still don't see the transfer. I made a purchase that same day for the same amt., but I clearly remember doing the transfer. I even checked my bank acct. and it shows the treasaction being taken out the bank acct. to put into paypal credit.

I transftered money from my bank account about 2 weeks ago and it never showed up as a deposit into my paypal credit. How do I handle this?
