Hi, I have set up API signature and account details in my ecommerce site (using marketgrabber software package) but when I try to process a direct payment I get: "There was a problem processing your payment. This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions." I can't find anything wrong with my configuration to be causing it. I have a business account, but cannot see where I need to set use of "Website Payments Pro" which might be preventing this from working.
