I'd like to know how someone is meant to update their details to set up this PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication when you cant update your details until you log in and you cant log in until you get a text or call to an old number. Worse, when you then phone paypal you get a stupid machine that cant understand Scottish accents and cant get you to a human to try and get into your account. If someone from paypal is reading this - this is a shambles, I've been trying to contact paypal for 2 days to get into my account and cant.
