Hi I've been finding it difficult linking my bank account automatically and manually. i tried using the Paypal Assistance and i was told this (The bank account you're trying to link can't be added at this time due to one or more security factors. If you're using PayPal from a device you don't normally use, please try again later from the device you normally use to access PayPal. ) i'm only logged in from one and my device i don't know what they mean ( due to one or more security factors.)
