Update - Refunded Returns Service has satisifed my claim to get the shipping costs reimbursed. So far waiting for the main question resolution of receiving a 100% refund on the 47 dollars I shopped for with the mentioned seller. The resolution was promised by the 18th however it got postponed as I believe the seller has to confirm that they have received the good, however if they fail to respond then paypal will review the tracking information provided to make their decision.    Not sure if this solution is recommended, will tell you when I have received the full return, but so far the route for me has been 1. Open the claim 2. Deny partial refund (no matter the %) 3. Ship the item back (using TRACKED shipping at a regular post office) 4. Open a case with Paypal refunded returns service (can be up to 12 cases per year, each no more than 30 dollars)  5. Had the problem of ordering a metal assembleable toy from them, received a one-piece plastic piece of nothing. Opened a claim with PayPal, the seller offered a 75% refund which i refused, the seller requested the item to be shipped back for a full refund (the order arrived from NL however had to ship it back to China). Shipped out of principle and requested the shipping costs to be covered under Secret Shipping with PayPal. Currently waiting for a resolution on both the principal amount claim and on the shipping. Looks like a planned scam - order - if refund is requested do a 75% one either way the seller is still in profit, considering the worthless items they sent. ... View more
