Hi there, just looking for some advice. I made a purchase 29th November. I repeatedly asked for tracking from the seller over the next 18 days (completely ignored my requests) Opened a dispute 17th December Item was Sent 18th December Now the seller is telling me Paypal will automatically close the dispute on Monday (estimated delivery date) as the item will be shown as delivered and is also asking me to close it early as the tracking has been provided. But my understanding is once the dispute is closed it cant be re opened, I would obviously like to check the item over before closing the dispute. Or can a new dispute for 'not as described' be opened? Or is it all part of the same claim if the worst happens and it arrives in unsatisfactory condition.
