Two months ago, I tried to send 30 bucks to my son's math coach by PayPal family & friends and put Mathcounts registration fee with my son's name in the message. However PayPal places a hold with this transaction (# 8PA997520R0793613 ) and keeps asking me for my son's birth date. I had to request the cancellation of this payment, but my money is still on hold! I was wondering if PayPal has the right to get a minor's personal information, and why PayPal keeps my money on hold with no reason even after I cancelled the payment.
