I ordered a quite expensive item for delivery . It never turned up but the carrier sent a note advising that delivery had been made but with no signature OR PHOTO to prove it!! EBay have declined the claim, so I am trying to contact the carrier myself as they need to investigate this matter. I have been with EBay for many years with 100% feedback and feel my treatment is grossly unfair.
