I have a website through Shopify and just received my first payment through the PayPal checkout option. I did not previously have my PayPal account linked. When the payment was made, I received an email stating that I needed to link an account to capture the payment. So I linked my account. I, then, realized that the payment was sent to my business email address and my PayPal account is setup using my personal email address, so I added my business email to my existing account. I still have not been able to capture the payment. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
