I am trying to get a refund for items that were not as described. The system keeps closing the claim stating not protected by PayPal. There is no contact info listed for seller other than their name. When these items took way longer than supposed to for me to receive, I opened a claim with you all asking for refund and you all notified seller and all of a sudden I received the shipment. Items are not what was advertised and it is false advertising.
